Top Objections for IDI Filings​

Based on Insurance Compact filings for IDI products from 01/01/2024 to 01/06/2025, identify the five most common types of substantive objections that have been raised by reviewers. In determining the most common types, consider categories where multiple objections were observed.

For each type, include references to the related objections by specifying the date the objection was received and the SERFF tracking ID. The goal is to gain insight into the recent issues focused on by regulators during their filing reviews for IDI products.

Objections to Whole Life Rider Filings​

Analyze filings submitted in the past two years that introduce new riders to Individual Whole Life policies. Identify five recurring categories of objections raised by Compact reviewers.

For each objection category:

  • Cite at least two examples with objection date and SERFF Tracking ID
  • Only group objections if repeated across multiple filings
