Individual Annuities / Compact​

I want to compare 5 DIFFERENT companies' dual direction crediting strategy on their RILA product. I am most interested in what has been filed and approved recently so I can better understand the direction of product innovation on RILAs. Please provide me with a table that includes the SERFF tracking number, the company name, the date of submission, any discription of the dual direction crediting strategy in policy form submitted for approval (contract, rider, endorsement) and any discription of the dual direction crediting strategy that appears in the actuarial memorandum. Also, please include the method of determining the interim value on the dual direction crediting strategies. Finally, the date of approval by the Compact.

Individual Annuities / All States​

I want to understand the range of LTC Annuities that are available today. Please compare 10 LTC annuities approved AFTER 2019 in a table and include the company name, the SERFF tracking number, the eligibility criteria for the LTC benefit, a description of the benefit it offers when eligibility is established, the State where it was submitted, and the date of disposition.

Group Annuities / All States​

I am working on a PRT submission and the SOV is getting very complicated. I am concerned that the filing will be rejected due to its complexity. Please compile a table of 10 different group annuity PRT submissions since 2022 that were expected to be used in situations where there are active employees. Indicate the SERFF tracking number, the company name, the state where it was submitted and a yes in a column if there were objections related to the complexity of the SOV and a no if there was not. Finally include the date of disposition.

Please search for 3 examples of filings for the QLACs (Qualified Longevity Annuity Contracts). It's key to identify only QLACs (Qualified Longevity Annuity Contracts) and not other products, focus on filings between 01-01-2023 and 01-01-2025.

Using these filing create a table comparing the key benefits provided by each one.
