I need to start with a VUL policy and create a Survivorship VUL policy. Please look at a Lincoln National VUL and an SVUL. Complete a detailed comparison between the two in order to Identify policy provisions that had to change to create a Survivorship or Multi-life version of the original single life VUL. I would expect there to be approximately 20 policy provisions that would have to change. Create a table with the SERFF tracking number for the filings used to compile the information, ALL policy provisions that were different between the single life VUL and a multi-life SVUL, the date the VUL was approved and the date the SVUL was approved.

Individual Life / Flexible Premium Adjustable Life / Compact

Please identify 5 recently approved Indexed Universal Life Policies. I am only interested in filings where the base policy itself was approved. If a filing had only endorsements, riders, or applications in it, I am not interested in it. I only want the filings with the Individual Life Policy is included. Create a table with the SERFF tracking #, the company name, the date of submission, the date of disposition, and the purpose of the filing.

Group Life / Term Life / NM

I want to understand NM's concerns with Group Term Life group policies issued to associations. Please identify 5 group term life filings that were approved by NM and summarize any objections related to the association or similar group. I am not interested in any group life filings that involved employer or labor union groups.
